Internal treatment covers skirting boards, kitchen and bathroom cavities, window and door frames, and any confirmed harbouring areas. We use low odour, water based formulations that dry quickly with no residue on surfaces. No streaks on glass, no film on benchtops.
External treatment includes the full perimeter, eaves, weepholes, and garden edges. Roof void treatment is standard on accessible roof spaces. This is where cockroaches breed in Brisbane homes, and where most operators skip.
We use water based insecticide formulations with low mammalian toxicity ratings, selected for residential properties where children and pets are present. These aren't watered down products. They're the same active ingredients used in hospitals and childcare centres.
After treatment, keep pets and children away from treated surfaces until they're dry. Typically 30 to 60 minutes for internal areas. Once dry, the treated surfaces are safe for normal contact.
