Our after service care is very important to us so we have added some links below to help you understand what to expect from your professional pest control service.
Pests react differently after treatments the flyers below will help you to better understand these differences. Our aim is to make your treatment service as simple as possible but also giving the best service and advice.
We use a variety of products to help keep pests under control in and around your home or office. All of our products are approved by the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) this ensure we keep your family and pets safe at all times.
The most common household pests are listed below, however, if you have had another treatment completed by us for another pest problem and you need any advice please contact our office or send us an email. For our contact details click here.
Our services are backed by our own free service warranty period. The period of cover will depend on the pests being treated but in general, we offer a 12-month free service period for the most common household pests. Some situations may require follow-up treatments this would be advised at the time of the treatment. Follow-up treatments are not part of the free service warranty and may incur extra charges.
Treatments should be given at least 3 weeks before a return visit. This will give enough time for the initial treatment to take effect, your technician will advise of any further treatments that may be necessary. Please read the flyers we have provided below for further information about your treatment.
