When sending a pest for us to identify please ensure the image is of good quality. The clearer the picture the better chance we have of properly identifying the pest.
With pests such as termites, we need one of the soldiers to know which type of termite we are dealing with. The reason we need one of the soldiers is that we need to look at the head of the termite. The head of the soldiers are very different and it’s the only way correct identification can be given.
